What we treat

Focused care for the problems that keep you off your feet

Foot troubles can affect your entire life. Whether you’re dealing with discomfort due to injuries, complications from disease, or other problems, your mobility is often reduced. These are the areas our doctors treat most.

Common Foot Disorders

From everyday aches to disease-related complications, we diagnose and treat a wide range of foot problems. Depending on the issue, treatment might involve medication, orthotic devices, physical therapy, braces, casts, or surgery.

Ingrown Toenails, Warts & Bunions

Ingrown toenails cause redness, swelling, and acute pain in the nailbed. We also treat plantar warts with salicylic acid, cryotherapy, or other methods, and bunions with padding, orthotics, splints, or bunionectomy in major cases.

Plantar Fasciitis & Heel Pain

Two of the most common ailments we see. Treatment may include medication to reduce the inflammation, as well as special exercises, orthotics, or surgery in some cases.

Diabetic Foot Care

It is common for diabetics to experience foot issues due to high blood sugar, ulcers, neuropathy, or other issues. We have cared for the Greenville area for over 70 years, watching for the small problems that can go unnoticed.

Sports Injuries

We have provided foot injury treatment related to sports and other activities for adults and children since 1946 — sprained ankles, fractures, plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, Achilles tendonitis, shin splints, neuroma, and turf toe injuries.

In our patients’ words

Greenville neighbors, back on their feet

Dr. Coleman spent much time with me answering my questions and discussing my X-ray. I really appreciated his thoroughness. Highly recommend his service and professionalism.
J Jude L.
I cannot recommend this practice enough to anyone looking for podiatry care! Dr. Mehta and Bella are absolutely wonderful. They’re both so personable, informative, and professional, and made me feel comfortable during a much-dreaded procedure (which turned out to be very quick and mostly painless).
J Juniper U.
Had Dr. Jones for many years and feared that when he retired I would be disappointed. Just the opposite! Dr. Mehta and his nurse Bella are outstanding. Personable but efficient.
D Dean E.
Dr. Coleman has a warm, friendly, direct, and humorous manner.
M Megan E.
Dr. Coleman is deserving of the highest praise. … Dr. Coleman has reversed that fear and he totally “wow’d” me! The procedure was PAINLESS.
A Austin P.
